STR- SHORT TERM RELATIONSHIPS

 We have all heard that love is said to be divine only when it lasts long. A love story is successful only when it lasts for a long period or till infinity. But there are times when some relations don't last long.


Today, I'm gonna talk about why,why,whyyyyyyy do relationships don't last? Have people stopped loving? Or are they just not aware why a partner is important to live..

Let's get started...

From keeping relationships about two people who love each other to doing everything just for the sake of social media thats how the evolution of long lasting healthy relationships to trashy STR happened.

I'm not saying that STR are bad but a person needs a good healthy long lasting relation to sustain. A person who cares for him/her, a person who is approachable whenever needed,a person to love,a person to just rely on.. A person who is just for you,nobody else. Everybody needs that one person. So what is causing such detachment and this phobia over commitment? Why ain't people true to themself, why ain't they true to their feelings?

Here are some reasons-

1. It's easy to cheat-

In a fling, you are under no control or agreement. You could date multiple people and still the significant other has no right to question you. People find this a better option when it comes to relation as you don't have to give explanations about your other relationships. You could be with 'n' number of people and still you are not cheating or hurting anybody. So people most likly opt for these kind off relationships. You know no strings attached.. Yeah, literally no strings.



2. No Emotions Involved (many cases)

You are together just to sustain your physical needs and no emotional bond is developed (not really). And if you develop one, you need to let it go because not necessarily the other person is gonna feel the same. Just because you got over board doesnt mean even he/she will. Any which way this relation was very clearly for your physical need and nothing else. So you need to respect that.


3.Easy Sex

One of the main reason . Earlier people used to work hard- wait under their house, write letters, show-off their love, do anything just to bring that one smile on their face, and so many other unconditional things. Love wasn't made on conditions. It was purely over emotions and feelings. But today, everything is under terms and conditions. Everything is as easy as just sending a 'wyd' text and getting laid..Dude before fucking her at least put some efforts. And Baby girl make him work hard for it. The way to your vagina shouldn't be that easy duhhhhhhh....

4. Social media Love

Anything and everything is just to show-off on social media. People literally come into relationships for the sake of social media. In order to achieve these so called ' #CoupleGoals' we live with a person who we don't even love. Social media is a platform to share your thoughts, it isn't meant to share your life.
